Leading people to know God through Jesus Christ. We must teach people about Christ by going on mission trips, through Bible correspondence courses, or by having a Bible study with them in our home. Teaching is an important part of leadership.
Equipping members for spiritual service. A true leader helps other Christians grow in their confidence in teaching or participating in worship services. Sharing your knowledge and talents with others helps with your confidence and theirs also.
Assisting members to grow in love, holy living, and fellowship with the community of Christ. All members must be made to feel a part of the congregation. Even the shy are needed for the church to grow. Make all members and visitors feel that they are a part.
Declaring God in spiritual and truthful worship. We must put God before ourselves by attending all the assemblies of the church and by setting the right example for our brothers and sisters in Christ. Helf-hearted to absent-minded “worship” is not worship at all.
