Leading people to know God through Jesus Christ. We must teach people about Christ by going on mission trips, through Bible correspondence courses, or by having a Bible study with them in our home. Teaching is an important part of leadership. Equipping members for spiritual service. A true leader helps other Christians grow in their confidence in teaching or participating in worship services.
